为解决有机肥检测分析过程效率低下的问题,本文通过搭建连续流动分析仪与火焰光度计的联用检测平台,提出了一种高效测定烟用有机肥中钾含量的方法,并采用正交实验等方法对实验过程的参数进行优化,确定样品处理的最佳条件和管路配置.结果表明:与标准方法相比,该方法检测结果的绝对差值小于0.01%,满足对烟用有机肥中钾元素进行大批量、快速、准确测定的需求.
Rapid and Accurate Determination of Potassium in Tobacco Organic Fertilizers by Continuous Flow-Flame Photometry
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the detection and analysis process of organic fertilizer,this paper proposes an efficient method for the determination of potassium content in organic fertilizer for tobacco use by setting up a joint detection platform of continuous flow analyzer and flame photometer.Moreover,orthogonal experiments are used to optimize the parameters of the experiment process and determine the best conditions for sample processing and pipeline configuration.The results showed that the absolute difference of the method was less than 0.01%compared with the standard method,which met the need of rapid and accurate determination of potas-sium in tobacco fertilizer.
