本文设计了一种利用Python编程语言实现的多总线示波器智能检定系统,通过识别品牌型号,智能计算最大带宽、通道数,并通过自动化校准过程,将原本耗时2h的单通道校准时间缩短至12min.同时,为了增加设备的可扩展性,采用了配置文件,使用户可轻松添加新的示波器,且无需编程.此外,对一种新的示波器校准信号的自动校准方法进行探讨,并与检定规程中的方法进行比对.结果表明:该方法无需人工调整设备,且结果更快速、准确、客观.
Design of Intelligent Verification System for Oscilloscopes Based on Multi-bus
In this paper,an intelligent verification system for multi-bus oscilloscope is designed using Python pro-gramming language.By identifying brand models,the maximum bandwidth and number of channels are calculated intelligently,and the single-channel calibration time,which originally takes 2h,is shortened to 12min through auto-matic calibration process.At the same time,in order to increase the scalability of the device,a configuration file is used to make it easy for users to add new oscilloscopes without programming.In addition,a new automatic calibra-tion method of oscilloscope calibration signal is discussed and compared with the method in the verification regula-tion.The results show that this method does not need to adjust the equipment manually,and the results are more rapid,accurate and objective.
