As a common vibration sensor,eddy current sensor is widely used in static installation and debugging of large rotating machinery such as thermal generator set and dynamic operation state monitoring.In order to solve the problems of high manual participation,repetitive operation and low detection efficiency in the calibration process of the sensor,this paper developed an upper position automatic control system through LabVIEW software,and realized the dynamic and static integrated automatic calibration of the eddy-current sensor,data processing and automatic generation of certificate reports.
