摘要

基于生产厂家的需求,对电波暗室新能源汽车电驱动系统加载EMC试验平台存在的问题进行分析,并提出新的设计方案,完成对电力测功机及其相匹配的供电系统和被测件冷却系统的选型.同时,根据试验需求,设计了数据采集与控制系统,并对该平台进行能力验证.结果表明:该系统对在电波暗室的开发具有一定的参考价值,满足生产厂家的试验需求.

Abstract

Based on the requirements of manufacturers,the problems existing in the EMC test platform for electric drive system loading of new energy vehicles in the electric anechoic room were analyzed,and a new design scheme was proposed to complete the selection of the electric dynamometer and its matching power supply system and the cooling system of the tested parts.At the same time,according to the test requirements,the data acquisition and con-trol system is designed,and the ability of the platform is verified.The results show that the system has a certain ref-erence value for the development of anechoic chamber,and meets the test needs of manufacturers.
