Study on Calibration Method of Test Device of Asphalt Standard Viscometer
Asphalt standard viscometer is an instrument to measure the viscosity of liquid petroleum asphalt,coal asphalt and emulsified asphalt in the flow state.Because the accuracy of asphalt viscosity is directly related to the quality of asphalt concrete pavement,it is of great significance to improve its calibration method for highway con-struction.Based on the analysis of its structure and working principle,this paper determines the measurement stand-ards and calibration methods required for calibration according to the relevant metrological technical specifications,and evaluates the measurement uncertainty of the calibration results,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement value.
