针对国网多表位计量箱缺乏整箱计量设备、充电设施运行状态无法实时监测等问题,设计了一种基于罗氏线圈电流采样的导轨式监测装置,采用小华半导体HC32F460,锐能微计量芯片RN8302B,电流采样使用外置罗氏线圈,电压从罗氏线圈穿刺取电.结果表明:罗氏线圈精度为0.5S,基表精度为C级,整机精度为B级,支持罗氏线圈互换性安装,可实现计量箱与充电桩用电数据监测,促进国网充电设施全寿命周期管理模式建设,深化低压电能表的状态评价.
Rail Type Monitoring Device Based on Roche Coil Current Sampling
Aiming at the problems such as the lack of full-box metering equipment and the inability to monitor the running status of charging facilities in State Grid multi-epitome metering boxes,a guideway monitoring device based on Roche coil current sampling is designed,which adopts HC32F460 of Xiaohua Semiconductor and RN8302B micrometering chip.The external Roche coil is used for current sampling and the voltage is extracted from the Roche coil.The results show that the precision of Roche coil is 0.5S,the precision of base meter is C-level,and the precision of the whole machine is B-level.The interchangeability installation of Roche coil is supported,which can realize the electricity data monitoring of metering box and charging pile,promote the construction of the whole life cycle management mode of State grid charging facilities,and deepen the status evaluation of low-voltage watt-hour meters.
