摘要

传统的卧式测长机主要由人工进行测量和记录,因此,存在数据误差较大、效率较低及其他人为因素引起的问题.本文通过数字化改造,并引入先进的光栅测量系统和软件应用技术,极大地提高了测量精度、自动化程度和生产效率,将分辨力提升至0.1μm,为计量检校工作提供更加可靠的测量条件.

Abstract

The traditional horizontal measuring machine is mainly measured and recorded by manual,so there are some problems caused by large data error,low efficiency and other factors.Through the digital transformation and the introduction of advanced grating measurement system and software application technology,the measurement ac-curacy,automation and production efficiency are greatly improved,and the resolution is increased to 0.1,which pro-vides more reliable measurement conditions for measurement and calibration work.
