摘要

转炉干法除尘煤气回收效率会受多种因素的影响,其中,回收期间的空气吸入量和氧枪吹氧量的控制的影响尤为显著.因此,本文通过转炉煤气回收机理模型、工业互联网平台等技术手段,对两者进行监测和评价,从而提升整体煤气回收效率.

Abstract

The efficiency of dry dust removal gas recovery by converter is affected by many factors,among which the influence of air intake and the control of oxygen lance during recovery is particularly significant.Therefore,this pa-per uses technical means such as converter gas recovery mechanism model and industrial Internet platform to moni-tor and evaluate the two,so as to improve the overall gas recovery efficiency.
