摘要

为了保证人员能力能够持续满足实验室活动的需要,需要对实验室人员进行规范的管理,而人员培训是人员能力提升的主要手段.本文深入解读和分析了 CNAS-CL01:2018《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》、CNAS-CL01-G001:2018《CNAS-CL01<检测和校准实验室能力认可准则>应用要求》和CNAS-CL01-A025:2022《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则在校准领域的应用说明》中关于人员培训的相关条款,并阐述了 CNAS校准实验室在人员培训管理中的具体要求和实施步骤.

Abstract

To ensure that personnel capabilities continuously meet the needs of laboratory activities,it is necessary to manage laboratory personnel in a standardized manner,and personnel training is the main means of enhancing personnel capabilities.This article delves into and analyzes the relevant clauses on personnel training in CNAS-CL01:2018"Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories",CNAS-CL01-G001:2018"Application Requirements for CNAS-CL01",and CNAS-CL01-A025:2022"Guidance on the Application of Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories in the Calibration Field".It also elaborates on the specific requirements and implementation steps for personnel training management in CNAS calibration laborato-ries.
