为满足计量检定或校准中的温场需求,针对现有标准恒温槽降温时间长、工作效率低的问题,设计了一种降温速率快、温控范围为(-80~0)℃的双压缩机低温恒温槽.同时,根据JJF 1030-2023《温度校准用恒温槽技术性能测试规范》要求,对该恒温槽在工作中达到预设温度值所需的时间及预设温度后的温度均匀度、波动度进行验证.
Design of a Cooling Rate for a Dual Compressor Low-temperature Constant Temperature Bath
In order to meet the requirements of temperature field in metrology verification or calibration,aiming at the problems of long cooling time and low working efficiency of existing standard thermostatic tank,a double com-pressor cryostatic tank with fast cooling rate and temperature control range(-80~0)℃ was designed.At the same time,according to the requirements of JJF 1030-2023"Technical Performance Test Specification for thermostatic bath for Temperature Calibration",the time required for the thermostatic bath to reach the preset temperature value during operation and the temperature uniformity and fluctuation after the preset temperature were verified.
