摘要

随着全球气候变化加剧,碳排放的问题被引起了广泛关注,实现"碳中和"已成为国际共识.碳计量作为一种重要的碳排放计算和评估工具,可精确计量和监测碳排放量,是应对低碳经济和"双碳"战略的重要手段.本文旨在探讨碳计量技术的现状与展望,为实现"双碳"战略提供技术支持.

Abstract

With the intensification of global climate change,the problem of carbon emissions has been widely con-cerned,and achieving"carbon neutrality"has become an international consensus.Carbon metering,as an important carbon emission calculation and evaluation tool,can accurately measure and monitor carbon emissions,and is an im-portant means to deal with low-carbon economy and"dual carbon"strategy.This paper aims to discuss the current situation and prospect of carbon metering technology,and provide technical support for the realization of"dual car-bon"strategy.
