摘要

目的:在缺乏辐射保暖台的质量控制检测规范的背景下,将其与医用电气设备电气的安全要求规范相结合,确立质控标准,并制定科室每日自检、工程师每月巡检及定期质控检测的三级质控管理方案.结果:该方案通过医工结合的方式,可提早发现并排除安全隐患,使运行效率和运行质量均可得到有效保障,从而保障新生患儿的诊疗环境安全.

Abstract

Objective:Under the background of lack of quality control and inspection standards for radiation thermal insulation,it is combined with electrical safety requirements for medical electrical equipment to establish quality control standards,and formulate a three-level quality control management plan,including daily self-inspection of departments,monthly inspection of engineers and regular quality control testing.Results:Through the combination of medicine and industry,the scheme could detect and eliminate safety hazards in advance,so that the operation effi-ciency and operation quality could be effectively guaranteed,so as to ensure the safety of the diagnosis and treatment environment of newborn children.
