With the development of medical technology,the scope of use of blood bacteria culture instrument has gradually increased,and its quality control requirements have also increased.This paper introduces the development history,influencing factors and existing quality control methods of the culture instrument,conducts experiments on the influencing factors of practical operation of the physical quality control method of its optical detection system,and puts forward suggestions for use according to the experimental results,providing references for the quality con-trol of the blood bacteria culture instrument.
