风机旋转叶片的仿真研究

针对风机旋转叶片的数值模拟问题,本文将叶片的重力交变特性与流固耦合仿真结合,提出基于交变重力载荷施加的旋转叶片流固耦合仿真方法,并进行试验验证.结果表明:该方法能得到风机旋转叶片在不同姿态下的应力结果,可为进一步的研究提供参考.
Simulation Study on Rotating Blades of Wind Turbines
In order to solve the numerical simulation problem of the rotating blade of a fan,this paper combines the alternating gravity characteristics of the blade with the fluid-structure coupling simulation,and puts forward the fluid-structure coupling simulation method of the rotating blade based on the alternating gravity load.The results show that this method can obtain the stress results of the rotating blade of the fan under different attitudes,which can provide reference for further research.
