针对圆锯片几何参数大多依靠人工,检测效率低下易产生人工误差等问题,本文采用改进的霍夫圆检测算法和联通域法,通过图像采集、预处理、系统标定、边缘检测,对其内径、外径、齿高、齿数进行检测.实验证明:该算法不仅检测误差较小、检测速率高,而且具有可行性.
Measurement of Circular Saw Blade Substrate Parameters Based on Machine Vision
In view of the problems that the geometric parameters of circular saw blades mostly rely on manual labor,low detection efficiency and easy to produce manual errors,this paper adopts improved Hough circle detection algo-rithm and connected domain method to detect the inner diameter,outer diameter,tooth height and tooth number through image acquisition,preprocessing,system calibration and edge detection.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is not only feasible but also has low error and high detection rate.
