针对混凝土抗渗仪多参数校准的问题,研制一种在现场检测压力示值误差和设定压力保持误差的校准装置,采用不锈钢密封圆盘连接被测抗渗仪和标准器,通过抗渗仪的水泵升压进行测量.结果表明:该装置具备数据记录与分析能力,可根据实验数据自动生成原始记录,符合JJF 1812-2020《混凝土抗渗仪校准规范》和JG/T 249-2009《混凝土抗渗仪》对标准器的要求,可提高检测效率和准确性.
Development of a Multifunctional Calibration Device for Concrete Impermeability Meter
To solve the problem of multi-parameter calibration of concrete impermeability meter,a calibration de-vice is developed to detect the error of pressure indication value and set pressure holding error in the field.The im-permeability meter and standard are connected by stainless steel sealed disc,and the measurement is carried out through the pump pressure boost of the impermeability meter.The results show that the device has the ability of data recording and analysis,and can automatically generate the original record according to the experimental data,which meets the requirements of the standard of JJF 1812-2020"Calibration Specification of Concrete Impermea-bility Meter"and JG/T 249-2009"Concrete impermeability Meter",and can improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.
