Research on Control Characteristics of Double Piston Gas Flow Standard Device Driven by Servo
The servo drive double piston gas flow standard device is a reciprocating piston movement controlled by a servo motor to achieve continuous gas flow output.The device integrates the flow meter,pressure and temperature sensor and encoder,calculates the verification parameters by computer and displays the results.Among them,the control system is based on PID control,which can ensure the fast,accurate and stable tracking of the piston move-ment speed.The experiment shows that the device has better control accuracy and stability,and can realize the val-ue tracing of high precision laminar flow meter,and meet the application requirements.
