针对零件的生产效率问题,本文以某公司设计的一种新型组合式多向模锻液压机为例.利用UG和ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,对其机身框架进行静力学结构分析,得到三个主要部件的应力及变形情况,即上横梁、下横梁及矩形立柱.同时,在满足强度和刚度的前提下,对其进行结构优化改进,从而降低液压机的生产安装成本.结果表明:该机身质量整体降低为18684kg,可为多向模锻液压机的生产设计提供理论参考.
Structure Optimization of Multi-direction Die Forging Hydraulic Press Based on ANSYS
Aiming at the production efficiency of parts,this paper takes a new combined multi-direction die forg-ing hydraulic press designed by a certain company as an example.The finite element model was established by using UG and ANSYS software,and the static structure of the fuselage frame was analyzed,and the stress and deforma-tion of the three main components,namely the upper beam,the lower beam and the rectangular column were ob-tained.At the same time,under the premise of meeting the strength and stiffness,the structure is optimized and im-proved,so as to reduce the production and installation cost of the hydraulic press.The results show that the whole body mass is reduced to 18684kg,which can provide a theoretical reference for the production design of multi-di-rection die forging hydraulic press.
