摘要

针对目前空气采样器采样流量校准中存在的问题,采用不同的校准设备对不同使用条件下的采样器的校准结果进行实验研究.结果表明:校准时,校准设备应与采样器进口连接,且在使用基于压差原理的便携式流量校准器作为校准设备时,相关设备溯源时流量点的选择及采样部件的安装应与实际使用条件一致.

Abstract

In view of the problems existing in the sampling flow calibration of the air sampler,the calibration re-sults of the sampler under different operating conditions are studied by using different calibration equipment.The re-sults show that the calibration equipment should be connected to the inlet of the sampler during calibration,and when the portable flow calibrator based on the principle of pressure difference is used as the calibration equipment,the flow point selection and the installation of the sampling parts of the relevant equipment should be consistent with the actual use conditions.
