潜水泵用水润滑推力轴承润滑性能研究

以潜水泵用可倾瓦推力轴承为研究对象,基于计算流体力学,建立不同的水润滑轴承模型,在不同尺寸、长宽比、转速、载荷和材料等条件下,对推力瓦块进行仿真分析.并通过比较压力分布、膜厚和承载能力等结果优化几何参数.结果表明:扇形瓦块的面积使用率较高,可提供更高的承载能力;水膜厚度会随承载力的增加而减小;当轴承转速和瓦块张角一定,且瓦块长宽比为1.2时,轴承的承载力最高;材料硬度和轴承的承载力呈正相关.
Study on Lubrication Performance of Water-lubricated Thrust Bearing in Submersible Pump
Based on computational fluid dynamics,different water-lubricated bearing models were established,and thrust tiles were simulated under different dimensions,aspect ratio,speed,load and materials.The geometric parameters were optimized by comparing the results of pressure distribution,film thickness and load bearing capaci-ty.The results show that the sector tile has a higher area utilization rate and can provide a higher load bearing ca-pacity.The thickness of water film decreases with the increase of bearing capacity.When the bearing speed and tile Angle are constant and the tile aspect ratio is 1.2,the bearing bearing capacity is the highest.The hardness of the material is positively correlated with the bearing capacity.
