摘要

本文针风速标准装置的关键部件,设计了一种低速开式风洞,并确定了结构参数;借助Solid Works Flow Simulation,对试验段流场速度、压力分布、流场品质及进气口截面的流场品质进行了研究,并进行现场测试.结果表明:在大、小流速下,流速均匀性的最大值分别为0.45%和0.03m/s,优于仿真实验结果.

Abstract

In this paper,a low-speed open wind tunnel is designed and its structural parameters are deter-mined.With the help of Solid Works Flow Simulation,the velocity,pressure distribution,quality of the flow field and the quality of the air inlet section of the test section are studied and tested in the field.The results show that the maximum velocity uniformity is 0.45%and 0.03m/s respectively,which is better than the simulation results.
