低成本高精度超低浓度气体配制装置

针对静态配气法准确度较低的问题,设计研制了一套低成本、高精度、超低浓度的气体配制装置.该装置采用分压配气法,融入真空技术,将质量流量计与精密气压计相结合,通过背景气和三路目标气复用质量流量控制器和高速开关阀优化成本结构,并结合气动隔膜阀和高速开关阀,控制气体组分的分压强增量.结果表明:该装置普适性较好,在超低浓度气体配制及应用领域具有显著优势.
Low Cost and High Precision Preparation Device for Trace Gas
Aiming at the low accuracy of static gas distribution method,a set of gas preparation equipment with low cost,high precision and ultra-low concentration was designed and developed.The device adopts partial pressure distribution method,integrates vacuum technology,combines mass flowmeter and precision barometer,optimizes cost structure through background gas and three-way target gas multiplexing mass flow controller and high-speed on-off valve,and combines pneumatic diaphragm valve and high-speed on-off valve to control the partial pres-sure increment of gas components.The results show that the device has good universality and has significant advan-tages in the field of preparation and application of ultra-low concentration gas.
