模糊PID控制方法在真空冶炼炉中的应用

温度是工业控制中的一项重要参数.其中,冶炼炉温度的控制会影响产品的质量和生产效率,但具有滞后现象和大惯性的性质,增加了研究的难度.因此,本文将模糊PID控制方法应用至真空冶炼炉温度控制系统中,并在Matlab中进行仿真验证.结果表明:该方法不仅提高了控制系统的稳定性,而且提高了控制精度和生产效率,缩短了稳定调节时间.
Application of Fuzzy PID Control Method in Vacuum Smelting Furnace
Temperature is an important parameter in industrial control.Among them,the temperature control of smelting furnace will affect the quality and production efficiency of products,but it has the properties of hysteresis and large inertia,which increases the difficulty of research.Therefore,the fuzzy PID control method is applied to the temperature control system of vacuum smelting furnace,and the simulation is verified in Matlab.The results show that this method not only improves the stability of the control system,but also improves the control precision and production efficiency,and shorens the stability adjustment time.
