摘要

大幅宽空间相机焦面通常采用多片探测器拼接的形式.本文针对光学拼接焦面的分光镜装调精度进行研究.通过分析分光镜的装配精度,建立数学模型,并进行分析.结果表明:该方法具有可行性,能确保CCD与机械基准装配误差,解决其装配与电路板存在的应力问题.

Abstract

The focal plane of a large and wide space camera usually adopts the form of multi-slice detector spli-cing.In this paper,the accuracy of optical splicing focal plane splitter is studied.By analyzing the assembly accura-cy of the spectroscope,a mathematical model is established and analyzed.The results show that the method is feasi-ble,it can ensure the assembling error of CCD and mechanical reference,and solve the stress problem between CCD and circuit board.
