Township health centers are the most basic diagnosis and treatment units in the medical classification,and medical equipment determines the diagnosis and treatment level of such institutions to a certain extent.Since 2011,the local metrology verification institutions in Chenzhou City have implemented the"Periodic verification Plan for Medical Equipment in Township health Centers",which has greatly improved the inspection rate of meas-uring instruments,the measurement management level of managers,and the working environment of medical equip-ment.However,the basic metrological verification work still faces the problems of insufficient funds,shortage of tal-ents,backward technology and so on.Therefore,this paper combined with the level of social and economic develop-ment in this area,put forward relevant measures and suggestions.
