Temperature is the most important calibration parameter in the calibration of medical cryogenic refrigera-tor.Due to the current technical basis,the placement of temperature measuring points inside the box,the position of the sample in practical application and the distance from the box wall are inconsistent,which affects the scientific and accuracy of the measurement results.Therefore,in this paper,the distribution of measuring points and actual sample placement of some boxes are discussed to provide reference for their calibration.
