Research on Calibration Method of Pressurized Fluid Extractors
Pressurized fluid extractor is widely used in environmental monitoring,food safety detection and other fields.The static extraction temperature and time in the extraction tank have an important influence on the pre-treatment results.In this paper,based on the influence of its working principle,structure and control parameters on extraction results,as well as the key technical parameters and measurement requirements proposed by industry standards,a suitable calibration method is proposed,and the wireless temperature recorder with high pressure per-formance is used for test verification.The results show that this method can effectively evaluate the key parameters of the extractor,which is of great significance for periodic measurement and quality control.
