Finite Element Analysis and Experimental Study of Key Components of Dual Dynamic Wind Speed Standard Device
On the basis of the existing wind tunnel research,a new L-type dual dynamic wind speed standard de-vice is proposed in order to change the wind speed regulation mechanism. At the same time, based on ANSYS work-bench finite element simulation technology, the modal and structural strength analysis of key components was carried out,the design scheme was optimized, and the test was verified. The results show that when the high wind speed is more than 5m/s,the opening of the auxiliary fan increases the flow field velocity in the test section to some extent, but not significantly. At low wind speed, starting the auxiliary fan can realize global measurement, and the velocity of the flow field in the test section is positively correlated with the speed of the auxiliary fan, that is,it will increase with the increase of the speed.
