The on-line dust particle counter calibration equipment is subject to the aerosol of the standard materi-al,and needs the air compressor to provide high pressure air source power,which has the disadvantages of large vol-ume and high working conditions.Therefore,according to JJF 1190-2008"On-line Dust Particle Counter"cali-bration specification,a multi-channel portable calibration device is developed and verified by experiments.The re-sults show that the built-in standard particle generating air source of the device does not need air compressor,and can be used after power;The four generation channels can be switched at will,without changing the liquid bottle,which is convenient for on-site calibration work.
