摘要

本文基于电热板消解ICP-MS测定土壤中Cd的测定方法,根据JJF 1059.1-2012检定规程,以测试土壤成分分析标准物质为例,进行不确定度计算与评定.结果表明:该土壤试样Cd含量结果为(0.608±0.048)mg/kg(k=2);前处理样品、标准溶液及配制作为主要贡献分量,分别占32.1%、26.9%.因此,可通过规范的操作减少误差,提高测试结果的精密度和正确度.

Abstract

In this paper,based on the determination method of Cd in soil by ICP-MS,the uncertainty is calculated and evaluated according to the verification regulations of JJF 1059.1-2012.The results showed that the Cd content of the soil sample was(0.608±0.048)mg/kg(k=2).Pretreatment sample,standard solution and preparation were the main contribution components,accounting for 32.1%and 26.9%respectively.Therefore,the error can be re-duced by standard operation,and the precision and accuracy of test results can be improved.
