针对传统磁性、电涡流式覆层厚度测量仪人工检定效率低、数据处理工作量大等问题,提出一种基于六轴机器人和机器视觉技术的磁性、电涡流式覆层厚度测量仪自动检定装置,并进行试验验证.结果表明:该装置可替代传统人工进行检定及数据处理,不仅能确保检定的准确度,而且能提高检定效率,实现等级的自动判定.
An Automatic Calibration Device for Magnetic and Eddy Current Coating Thickness Measuring Instruments Based on Six Axis Robots and Machine Vision Technology
Aiming at the problems such as low efficiency of manual verification and heavy workload of data process-ing of traditional magnetic and eddy current coating thickness measuring instrument,an automatic verification device of magnetic and eddy current coating thickness measuring instrument based on six-axis robot and machine vision technology was proposed and tested.The results show that the device can replace the traditional manual verification and data processing,which can not only ensure the accuracy of verification,but also improve the efficiency of verifi-cation and realize the automatic classification.
