摘要

本文针对高温转速校准装置中传动部件的设计进行研究.首先,基于力学理论计算,初步确定材料强度是否适用;其次,利用仿真计算,分析传递精度是否满足要求;最后,通过高速旋转试验,验证设计结果的适用范围.

Abstract

In this paper,the design of transmission components in high temperature speed calibration device is stud-ied.Firstly,based on the mechanical theory,the applicability of the material strength is preliminarily determined.Secondly,the simulation calculation is used to analyze whether the transmission accuracy meets the re-quirements.Finally,the application range of the design results is verified by high-speed rotation test.
