摘要

本文针对传统关节轴承密合度测量方法存在测量过程干扰因素多、成本高、测量结果误差大等缺点,利用工业CT,提出了密合度无损检测方法,并从测量结果准确性、周期、成本等方面进行比较.结果表明:该方法具有测量精度高、效率高、减少轴承破坏、节约成本等优点,可提高轴承产品质量的稳定性.同时,可对关节轴承密合度的测量方法进行补充.

Abstract

In view of the shortcomings of traditional joint bearing fit measurement methods,such as many interfer-ence factors,high cost and large error of measurement results,this paper puts forward a non-destructive testing method for joint bearing fit by using industrial CT,and compares the measurement results from the aspects of accu-racy,cycle and cost.The results show that the method has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,high effi-ciency,reducing bearing damage and saving cost,and can improve the stability of bearing product quality.At the same time,the measurement method of joint bearing fit can be supplemented.
