基于标准电阻法的精密铂电阻测温仪性能研究

基于标准电阻法,对3种不同型号的精密铂电阻测温仪进行示值误差、示值波动性及短期漂移性能对比试验.同时,针对不同的工作环境温度及标准铂电阻温度计ITS-90参数对测量结果的影响进行测试.结果表明:该测温仪准确度高、波动性小,且个别样品短期漂移可达0.01℃;工作环境温度对其不同型号的影响量不同,且温度计的参数对测量结果影响较小.
Research on the Performance of Precision Platinum Resistance Thermometers
Based on the standard resistance method,a comparison test on the performance of indication error,indi-cation fluctuation and short-term drift of three kinds of precision platinum resistance thermometers was carried out.At the same time,the influence of different working environment temperature and standard platinum resistance thermometer ITS-90 parameters on the measurement results is tested.The results show that the thermometer has high accuracy and low fluctuation,and the short-term drift of individual samples can reach 0.01℃.The influence of working environment temperature on different models is different,and the parameter of the thermometer has little influence on the measurement result.
