本文研究了一种无接触式长度测量装置,主要包括线性移动单元、激光测距单元和光学定位单元.通过将相关单元组件配合,实现了对待测样品的无接触式测量,解决了接触式测量标准量尺在待测样品具有不规则外形或需测量特定区域的尺寸数值等状况下的测量精度较低的问题.该装置操作简单,且无需额外配置长光栅设备测量所需的封闭检测空间,提高了检测效率.
Research on a New Type of Contactless Length Measurement Device
In this paper,a non-contact length measuring device is developed,which consists of linear moving u-nit,laser ranging unit and optical positioning unit.By combining the relevant unit components,the non-contact measurement of the measured sample is realized,and the problem of low measurement accuracy is solved when the measured sample has irregular shape or the size value of a specific area needs to be measured.The device is simple to operate,and it does not need to configure the closed detection space required by the long grating device to meas-ure,which improves the detection efficiency.
