ANSYS WorkbenchModal Analysis and Random Vibration Simulation Analysis of a Geometric Rail Inspection Instrument Testing Equipment
With the automatic development of track inspection equipment,the measurement of geometric parameters of inspection items has changed from static to dynamic,and the requirements for inspection instruments have been increased.Because the dynamic detection introduces a vibration source,even if there is a vibration isolation meas-ure,it will cause small vibration of the detection instrument and affect the detection result.In this paper,three-dimensional modeling is carried out for a kind of measuring equipment,modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software,and the influence of the power spectrum density of small random vibration in the vertical di-rection on the measuring accuracy is studied.The results show that when the acceleration power spectral density is 12350(mm/s2)2/Hz(that is,the vibration isolation effect of the shaking table reaches 93.5%),the detection requirement of±1 mm in the vertical direction of the instrument is satisfied.
