Development and Application of Optical Amplification Simulator for Low-volume PCR Instrument
The low-throughput PCR instrument is mainly used to adapt to different application scenarios and meet the needs of various emergency detection and burst detection, and usually adopts the detection method of bottom fluorescence or bottom side fluorescence collection. In this paper,a compact and portable optical amplification sim-ulator with integrated temperature optical calibration function is developed, which is different from the flux and re-action hole distribution design of conventional PCR instrument. The reliability of the device is verified by experi-ments.
