压力无线数据记录器作为热力灭菌效果的验证设备,被广泛应用于医疗卫生、食品、药品、生物科技等领域.由于其量值准确性会直接影响灭菌有效性,而目前国内主要采用在室温条件下进行校准,与超过100℃的实际使用环境差异较大.因此,本文根据JJF 2095-2024校准规范,在常温、121℃、134℃条件下对其进行不同压力值的对比实验.结果表明:该记录器在常温下的压力值与121℃、134℃下的压力值差异巨大,即环境温度对测量结果的影响较大.
Influence of Ambient Temperature on Measurement Results of Wireless Pressure Data Logger
Pressure wireless data recorder is widely used in medical,food,medicine,biotechnology and other fields as the verification equipment of thermal sterilization effect.Because the accuracy of its quantity value will di-rectly affect the effectiveness of sterilization,the calibration is mainly carried out at room temperature in China at present,which is quite different from the actual use environment of more than 100℃.Therefore,according to JJF 2095-2024 calibration specification,this paper conducts comparative experiments on different pressure values at normal temperature,121 ℃ and 134℃.The results show that the pressure value of the recorder at normal tempera-ture is very different from that at 121℃ and 134℃,that is,the ambient temperature has a great influence on the measurement results.
