气动全平衡起吊系统控制器设计与仿真

气动起吊系统的控制器设计在整个系统顺利运行中具有重要作用,其质量直接决定了系统功能的实现效果.本文针对阀控气缸系统,使用模糊自整定PID控制器进行设计,并基于Matlab/Simulink平台,对其进行响应特性仿真和结果分析.结果表明:该控制器能使系统的调节时间在0.8s内完成,并将稳态误差率控制在3%以内.
Design and Simulation of Controller for Pneumatic Fully Balanced Lifting System
The controller design of pneumatic lifting system plays an important role in the smooth operation of the whole system,and its quality directly determines the realization effect of the system function.In this paper,a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is used to design the valve-controlled cylinder system.Based on Matlab/Simulink plat-form,the response characteristics of the system are simulated and the results are analyzed.The results show that the controller can make the adjustment time of the system complete within 0.8s,and control the steady state error rate within 3%.
