An Optical Scanning Measurement Device for Three-dimensional Topography of Free-form Surface
The surface morphology of the workpiece usually has a direct effect on the performance.Because contact measurement is often used at present,it is easy to be affected by the material and surface characteristics of the measured part.Therefore,in order to effectively solve the technical problems faced by the traditional contact meas-uring instrument,a free-form surface 3D shape optical scanning measuring device is studied in this paper.
