鞍钢股份热轧厂2150产线通过建设自动化轧钢智能控制系统,采集热连轧产线设备的多个精度指标数据,建立了相应的数学模型,并综合考虑了运行状态、工作环境、负载情况等因素对设备健康度的影响.结果表明:通过对数据进行分析和处理,可得到综合健康度评分,有效地评估健康情况,且有效的参考依据可为维护和管理提供科学的指导,对提高轧制稳定性和降低故障风险方面具有重要意义.
Health Evaluation Method for Hot Rolling Equipment Based on Multi-Factor Monitoring
The 2150 production line of hot rolling plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Co.,LTD.,has built an intelli-gent control system for automatic rolling,collected multiple precision index data of the production line of hot roll-ing,established the corresponding mathematical model,and comprehensively considered the influence of running state,working environment,load and other factors on the health of the equipment.The results show that the com-prehensive health score can be obtained by analyzing and processing the data,and the effective reference basis can provide scientific guidance for maintenance and management,and has important significance for improving rolling stability and reducing fault risk.
