基于气相色谱法构建微波测量仪工作标准曲线

为准确、高效、快速测定滤棒含水率,本文基于气相色谱(GC)法,将滤棒作为研究对象,采用异丙醇-乙醇内标溶剂体系,以乙醇为内标,异丙醇为萃取试剂,使用气相色谱-热导检测器(GC-TCD)检测水分含量,并通过检测定值,建立MW4420微波测量仪的工作标准曲线.结果表明:该方法分析时间短、萃取溶液消耗量少、结果准确可靠,适用于烟用滤棒中水分含量的快速测定,且标准曲线可及时完成滤棒含水率的检测定值,可为成型车间的生产质量控制提供可靠的数据支撑.
Establishment of the Working Standard Curve of Microwave Measuring Instruments Based on Gas Chromatography
In order to accurately,efficiently and rapidly determine the water content of the filter rod,this paper based on gas chromatography(GC)method takes the filter rod as the research object,adopts isopropyl alcohol-ethanol internal standard solvent system,takes ethanol as the internal standard and isopropyl alcohol as the extrac-tion reagent,uses gas chromatography-thermal conductivity detector(GC-TCD)to detect the water content,and sets the value through detection.The working standard curve of MW4420 microwave measuring instrument is estab-lished.The results show that the method has short analysis time,less extraction solution consumption,accurate and reliable results,and is suitable for the rapid determination of water content in the filter rod for tobacco,and the standard curve can complete the detection and setting of water content of the filter rod in time,providing reliable data support for the production quality control of the molding workshop.
