被动模拟肺的计量与影响因素分析

模拟肺是模拟患者胸肺特性的一种机械通气负载.作为校准呼吸机的配套设备,其计量特性具有重要作用.为了提高被动模拟肺的肺顺应性和压力测量值的准确性,本文针对被动模拟肺的量值溯源问题,提出了相应的计量方法,并对校准过程中的影响因素进行分析.结果表明:该方法具有可行性,可为计量机构的校准提供参考.
Measurement and Influencing Factors Analysis of Passive Test Lungs
Simulated lung is a mechanical ventilation load that simulates the characteristics of a patient's chest lung.As the auxiliary equipment for calibrating the ventilator,its metrological characteristics play an important role.In order to improve the lung compliance and the accuracy of the pressure measurement value of the passive simulated lung,this paper proposes the corresponding measurement method for the measurement of the passive sim-ulated lung,and analyzes the influencing factors in the calibration process.The results show that the method is fea-sible and can provide reference for calibration of measuring mechanism.
