This article presents the performance confirmation approach of the ELISA analytical instruments,encom-passing the requirements,test items,and test methods.The experiment shows that demonstrate that the performance confirmation approach for the ELISA analytical instruments is scientific and objective,and it can offer a technical reference for the performance confirmation of the instruments.
