The metrological characteristics of the three-gas incubator directly affect the quality of cell culture.In order to promote the development of modern biotechnology,the main metrological parameters are analyzed according to its structure,and the corresponding calibration methods are discussed.The results show that the method is feasi-ble and can provide technical basis for effective traceability.
