The Interaction and Promotion of Human Resource Advantage in the Development of New Quality Productivity
The new quality productivity represents the new productivity form with scientific and technological inno-vation,knowledge capital and digital transformation as the core.In this context,human resource advantage has be-come the key factor of enterprise development,and plays an important interaction and promotion role in the devel-opment of new quality productivity.This paper analyzes the internal relationship between human resource advantage and the development of new quality productivity,discusses the interaction mechanism of the two in the improvement of enterprise competitiveness,and puts forward some strategic suggestions on how to further promote the develop-ment of new quality productivity by optimizing human resource management.
