针对32kN电动振动台的电磁优化方法,建立振动台的简化模型和电路模型,并基于有限元,对电动振动台的电磁优化进行研究和试验验证.结果表明:该方法具有有效性,且磁路优化后,该振动台的电磁力在低、中、高频段分别提升了 41.24%、19.33%、19.54%.
Electromagnetic Design Method Based on 32kN Electrodynamic Shaker
Aiming at the electromagnetic optimization method of 32kN electric shaker,the simplified model and cir-cuit model of the shaker are established,and the electromagnetic optimization of the electric shaker is studied and tested based on finite element method.The results show that the method is effective,and the electromagnetic force of the shaker increases by 41.24%,19.33%and 19.54%respectively in low,middle and high frequency bands after the optimization of the magnetic circuit.
