为解决容积法、质量法检定装置在小流量点检定效率和准确度较低及活塞法检定装置只适合小流量点检定的问题,提出一种质量法和活塞法耦合式水表自动检定装置,使用双计量标准器,并采用流量时间法或换向法进行检定.结果表明:该装置可自动采集水表体积示值和流经水表的实际体积、计算被检水表示值误差,且准确度等级达0.2级,可串联同时检定多台同规格水表,提高了检定效率和准确性.
Design of an Automatic Verification Device for Water Meters Coupling Quality Method and Piston Method
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and accuracy of volume method and mass method verifi-cation device at small flow points and that piston method verification device is only suitable for small flow points verification,an automatic verification device of water meter coupled with mass method and piston method is pro-posed,which uses double metering standard and flow time method or reversing method.The results show that the de-vice can automatically collect the volume indication value of the water meter and the actual volume flowing through the water meter,calculate the indication error of the tested water meter,and the accuracy level is 0.2.It can verify multiple water meters of the same specification in series at the same time,which improves the efficiency and accura-cy of the inspection.
