基于STM32单片机无人机质量质心测量系统研究

本文针对大型无人机,设计了一种质量质心测量系统.首先,使用平板式、自带引桥结构的大量程称重传感器进行质量数据测量,用"三点支承称重法"完成质量和质心的计算;然后,采用STM32单片机实时采集测量数据,再发送至上位机系统,通过静力矩平衡原理进行实时处理,并根据无人机的俯仰角度自动计算质心位置,将其实时显示.研究表明:该系统能准确测量大型无人机的质量和质心位置,满足现场的使用要求.
Research on UAV Quality and Centroid Measurement System Based on STM32 Microcontroller
In this paper,a mass centroid measurement system is designed for large UAV.Firstly,mass data is meas-ured by a large range weighing sensor with flat plate and approach bridge structure,and mass and centroid are cal-culated by"three-point support weighing method".Then,the STM32 single chip microcomputer is used to collect the measurement data in real time,and then the measurement data is sent to the supreme position computer system,which is processed in real time through the principle of static moment balance,and the center of mass position is au-tomatically calculated according to the pitch Angle of the UAV,and the real-time display is displayed.The re-search shows that the system can accurately measure the mass and the position of the center of mass of large UAVs and meet the requirements of field use.
