摘要

本文基于COMSOL,建立了 HH-4型数显恒温水浴锅的仿真模型,并对温度均匀度和波动度进行仿真分析.同时,根据JJF 2019-2022《液体恒温试验设备温度性能测试规范》,使用SMI-1011型高精度温度无线测试装置进行实验验证.结果表明:该模型具有可行性.

Abstract

Based on COMSOL,the simulation model of HH-4 digital display constant temperature water bath is es-tablished,and the temperature uniformity and fluctuation are simulated and analyzed.At the same time,according to JJF 2019-2022"Temperature Performance Test Specification for Liquid constant temperature Test Equipment",SMI-1011 high-precision temperature wireless test device was used for experimental verification.The results show that the model is feasible.
